Our History and Purpose
The Strategy-Led Church (T-LC) was conceived in 2015 as a platform for equipping church ministers, especially founders and vision carriers, with skills and tools for effective execution of their calling.
Our Distinction: We are a non-denominational resource designed to complement the theological skills and knowledge that most ministers have. While T-LC uses concepts drawn from the Bible, it is not a theological training material.
We contain well-curated tools for ministry planning, performance management, and learning. Our work directly responds to a skill gap among church ministers, most of whom have a genuine calling but limited skills in defining The Course and managing The Race. T-LC is run by committed and highly competent Christian facilitators.
